By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

SparePartsHub operates as a price comparison and connection platform that facilitates communication between customers seeking auto spare parts in UAE and verified auto parts dealers. Our services include:

• Connecting customers with verified auto parts dealers in Dubai, car parts suppliers in Abu Dhabi, and dealers across all UAE cities
• Enabling customers to request quotes for car spare parts by providing vehicle and part information
• Facilitating communication between customers and dealers via WhatsApp and phone
• Providing a platform for customers to compare prices from multiple verified dealers
• Offering dealer registration and verification services

Important: SparePartsHub does not directly sell, purchase, or stock auto parts. We are a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. All transactions, including pricing, payment, delivery, and warranties, are conducted directly between customers and verified dealers.

To use SparePartsHub services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE
• Not be prohibited from using our services under UAE law

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

While you can browse our website and request quotes without creating an account, certain features may require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. SparePartsHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use SparePartsHub services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when requesting quotes
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm dealers or other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our website or services
• Use our services for any commercial purpose other than finding auto parts for personal use
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may subject you to legal action.

When you submit a quote request through SparePartsHub:

• You are requesting information and quotes from verified dealers, not making a purchase commitment
• You are under NO OBLIGATION to purchase any parts from any dealer
• Dealers may contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email with quotes and information
• You can compare quotes, ask questions, and make informed decisions at your own pace
• All transactions are conducted directly between you and the dealer

SparePartsHub maintains a network of verified dealers who undergo a comprehensive verification process. However:

• We verify dealer business registration, customer reviews, and quality standards
• We do not guarantee the quality, condition, or fitment of parts sold by dealers
• All parts, pricing, warranties, and delivery terms are determined by individual dealers
• We are not a party to transactions between customers and dealers
• We do not inspect, test, or warrant parts sold by dealers

Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility, condition, pricing, and warranty terms directly with dealers before making purchases. We recommend inspecting parts when possible and confirming all details with dealers.

If you have concerns about a dealer’s conduct, please contact us via the Contact page so we can review and take action where appropriate.

All transactions for auto spare parts are conducted directly between you and verified dealers. SparePartsHub is not involved in:

• Pricing negotiations or price setting
• Payment processing (payments are made directly to dealers)
• Part delivery or shipping arrangements
• Warranty claims or returns
• Disputes between customers and dealers

You acknowledge that:

• Dealers set their own prices, terms, and conditions
• You are responsible for verifying part compatibility with your vehicle
• All warranties are provided by dealers, not by SparePartsHub
• You should confirm delivery terms, payment methods, and return policies with dealers
• SparePartsHub is not responsible for dealer performance or part quality

Returns, refunds, and guarantees (if any) are offered by the dealer/supplier and can vary by part category and condition (new/used). Always confirm the dealer’s return window, warranty coverage, and conditions before paying.

All content on SparePartsHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and website design, is the property of SparePartsHub or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website using automated tools
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

If you upload images (for example, part photos or vehicle photos), you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not contain illegal or offensive content.

You grant SparePartsHub the right to process and display these images as needed to fulfill your request (for example, showing them to verified dealers for accurate matching).

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to:

• Our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy
• Sharing your contact and vehicle information with verified dealers to facilitate quote requests
• Our use of cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy

We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with verified dealers who can fulfill your part requests.

SparePartsHub provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality, condition, or fitment of parts sold by dealers
• Warranties regarding dealer performance, pricing, or delivery

We do not guarantee that you will find specific parts, receive quotes from dealers, or that quotes will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for dealer availability, part availability, or dealer responsiveness.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SparePartsHub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from transactions between customers and dealers
• Damages from use or inability to use our services
• Damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages from third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is zero, as our service is free) or AED 100, whichever is greater.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SparePartsHub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your transactions with dealers
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Misuse of our services
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended periods of account inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through our platform. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive termination.

Disputes with Dealers: Any disputes regarding parts, pricing, delivery, warranties, or transactions are between you and the dealer. SparePartsHub is not a party to such disputes and has no obligation to mediate or resolve them. We recommend resolving disputes directly with dealers.

Disputes with SparePartsHub: If you have a dispute with SparePartsHub regarding our services, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, you may pursue legal remedies as permitted by UAE law.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notifications to registered users (if applicable)
• Displaying a notice on our website

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services immediately.
